I love how SPORT,  brings our world together ! Well done to all our swimmers , my sport , I love it , guys it's never to late to learn a sport of any type , it made my years of Dystonia disappear ( ish ) at 61 , sadly 2 new hips have put me a little behind my LOVE of swimming , when my second new hip dislocated a couple of weeks after it was replaced , (poor knowledge of Dystonia ,)  and a nurse who thought two hours after my operation I was being rather lazy , pulled me from my bed catching my foot in the bottom of the bed , I was put in a side ward out of the way ? I reported it , and they said a big sorry ...........and they would learn by this mistake ........ I was to weak to fight back, I moved on , but missed out on my swimming , it's good for every part of your body including the brain "YOU DONT SEE FISH TAKING ANTIDEPRESSANTS " , love to all my friends , like watching sport , go on try it , dare yer , ha ha , much love SueX

Today I visited an organic allotment , gosh it was wonderful , I had come from the hospital , the Big  C unit , I needed to think ! with nature , the allotment was just over the road and my car turned into it on its own , or seemed to , I walked around looking at the God given beauty of our gardeners hands,  hard but satisfying work , today my thought is...........to thank GOD for the wonders you help us create , and thank you to GOOGLE for helping us share are fears and loves with our friends around the world quickly and wisely , when time is of the essence ! Hello my friends how you doing , good I hope , we have many problems at the moment in the family , dreadful health issues , the other day I heard a Neighbour complaining about something  menial ,to his disabled neighbour ,  just to upset him , later, I asked him , if you don't like the shape of the clouds today ! do you ring GOD ! And complain ? , The  venom that came from his mouth was only to be walked away from , today's thought is , love thy neighbour , even if they are snakes , smile and get on with your day , knowing they have a problem , NOT you SueX

Good Morning one and all , how you doing , I up and about a wee bit early , aches here and there , no probs , needed to talk about about "THE UGLY BUG BALL" ............

In our new garden , of four months , since we moved into a bungalow, more adapted to my husbands health needs , and mine , we have inherited a beautiful garden ! south east facing , we have done an awful lot to it with the help of a healthy son of 40 and grandchildren , my designs are carried out wonderfully , Ha, we made 2 insect hotels , we love them , one we call , "the Ritz" , the other the "premiere inn"............as sadly it got damaged and some of the insects stay out late , coming home fron balls , in the early hours of the morning , they also prefer the cheaper rates Ha Ha , we have a night camera for Kevins hobby on birds , our feathered friends , Gosh we have so many different wild birds we will tube their funny ways , when our great helper of all things computerised comes home from a well deserved break, our garden is  kevs life , with his dementia, .....never give up on your loved ones until you find what makes them happy , when all around them as changed ........after 40 plus years , I cannot give him to the unknown , I fight for his happiness............some years ago we had a  friend stay with us,  a miss X  a lady doctorate with animals , she had been on the filmset of "born free " her wealth of animal knowledge , was an asset to the filmmakers , O the tales she spoke of , on the making of the film , well into her 80 years then .....in earlier years I went on a dic dic  Safari adventure , to protect wildlife in Kenya , so interesting , and staying a few nights with the Masai Mara tripe was incredible, the Jacaranda hotel in Nairobi to treetops , Javad our guide a perfect gentleman with a wealth of knowledge, I sat next to him for three weeks asking all the questions others would not ask , but loved the answers ,we went everywhere even  to the sadness of the townships thankfully all stored in the museum of my mind ..............I just wanted to share , longer thoughts with my friends today , as Sundays can be for reading or building insect hotels , Ha ha , love you all SueX  have a happy Sunday all x
